Aspex Portsmouth is looking for an experienced and ambitious Curator to shape the contemporary visual arts programme. Working with the Director and wider team, you'll develop and deliver exhibitions, artist residencies and artist support initiatives, creating ambitious, engaging and inclusive projects with artists, communities and partners. You'll have at least three years' experience in a gallery, arts organisation or professional curatorial practice, with a strong track record of producing contemporary visual arts projects. You'll be an organised communicator with project management experience, budget and fundraising knowledge, and a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. You'll also manage the Crafts & Retail programme, support audience development and build relationships with artists, funders and partners.
