Develop imaginative session plans rooted in children's literature, encouraging storytelling, physical expression and shared family experiences. Adapt delivery to meet a range of abilities and learning needs, maintaining a clear focus on early childhood development. Build positive relationships with parents, guardians and library staff, offering guidance that supports continued learning at home. Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, modelling best practice as an Early Years specialist. Person Specification Significant experience in community dance, early years practice or family-centred creative facilitation. Confident working in non-traditional arts settings, with an adaptable and responsive approach. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage schedules across several library venues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, engaging presence. Enhanced DBS and Liability. Commitment to DanceWest's values of access, creativity and community wellbeing.
