The Data and Insights Manager will write a Data and Insights Strategy and Action Plan and lead the organisation on the implementation of that plan to meet audience development and income-generating goals. They will take the lead on the continued development of DLWP's engagement with Spektrix and other data platforms including training, new tools and integrations and sharing data trends and knowledge. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review and Strategy Review, analyse and map our existing customer journeys, data, data systems and operations to identify any efficiencies, duplications or gaps in knowledge that are barriers to optimising our data. Data platforms will include Spektrix, website and social media analytics, transactional platforms including Shopify and Bleep and audience survey platforms Illuminate, Culture Counts and Survey Monkey. Following the review, write a Data and Insights Strategy that can be adopted by the whole organisation to grow audiences, streamline the customer journey, identify opportunities, grow income and support organisational goals. Create and deliver an 18 month Data and Insights Action Plan responding to targets and KPIs linked to the organisation business plan and capital project. Working across departments, help devise new approaches to improve the customer journey, to grow visitor numbers, subscribers, engagement and followers across all digital platforms, including DLWP website, social media platforms and emails. Work with the Head of Marketing to help shape marketing strategies that are informed by data insights and lead on the strategic use of audience segmentation and profiling in marketing campaigns.
