Job Summary

The role of the Data & Reporting Analyst will be to lead on capturing, managing, and analysing data that demonstrates the company’s artistic, social, and training impact.

Job Description

The position is with a temporary 1 year contract supported by The Rank Foundation Time to Shine Leadership Programme.

The programme's distinctive culture incorporates a range of personal and professional development activities throughout the year for the Time to Shine leader who will be supported to develop their leadership potential. It is aimed at under-employed or unemployed individuals who consider the social sector a career of choice and would benefit from a 12-month full-time paid position within a supportive social sector work environment.

The Data & Reporting Analyst will work as part of the Dark Horse staff team to ensure that the organisation can evidence outcomes for funders, improve audience and participant engagement, and streamline internal processes feeding into the company's ambitious and dynamic business plan for global & societal change.

The ideal candidate should have an interest in data & evaluation, listening to and working with people and communication however training and mentorship will be provided throughout the year to support the successful candidate to fulfill the role & objectives.

Salary: Real Living Wage rate, £24,479

  • Take part in additional training and development opportunities through the year that form part of the Time to Shine Leadership Programme
  • Willingness to complete training in ethical AI handling, environmental responsibility, inclusive practice, safeguarding and receive CPD throughout the placement, working with mentors across the year
  • Attend events and networking opportunities as part of the Dark Horse team, representing the company and promoting its values
