The post holder will be responsible for supporting the work of the Luton Place Partnership for Arts and Culture with the Luton Arts and Culture Strategy Group. The place partnership is a two-and-a-half-year programme funded by the Arts Council England, Luton Council and Luton Rising and delivered in partnership through the Arts and Culture Strategy Group. The post holder will be responsible for overseeing data, stakeholder management and reporting to funders for the Luton Programme to help deliver the following outcomes: Transforming lives through arts, culture and heritage is a key strand in delivering our shared vision for Luton 2040 - a healthy, fair and sustainable town where everyone can thrive and no-one has to live in poverty. The post holder will be required to work collaboratively across council teams and with a range of partners throughout the town to deliver towards Luton 2040 and the place partnership outcomes as well as those outlined in Harnessing Momentum, Luton's strategy for Arts, Culture and Creative Industries. 14.8 Hours per week 0.4 Hourly rate £18.14 Be the lead officer responsible for collection and management of data relating to the Place Partnership Programme, including survey data from artists, attendees, participants and volunteers. Support the Place Partnership Programme Manager in managing key stakeholder relationships, including supporting the scheduling and administration of key partnership meetings with the Arts and Culture Strategy Group and the Creative Forum. Work closely with the project evaluators, providing data and evidence to inform the external project evaluation Support the programme manager in providing reports to the Arts Council and other funding partners on project outputs and outcomes. Supporting the Programme Manager and partners in developing future funding applications and raising sponsorship for further arts and culture programmes.
