Strong practical experience with rigging, focusing, and maintaining large-scale lighting rigs and video systems.
Confidence working at height, including on grids, ladders, access equipment, and stage structures.
Experience in fault-finding and repairing complex lighting
The ability to work as part of a large team

Take a hands-on role, where necessary, in the installation, rigging, and focus of lighting, including working at height on grids, gantries, and towers.
Assist in managing the department, including staffing and facilities, taking responsibility for specific areas as agreed.
Work closely and collaboratively with all other departments to ensure lighting requirements are met.
Take an active role in maintaining and teaching all plots required to run the show.
Operate lighting during rehearsals and performances as required.
Carry out other plots as required
Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to support a sustainable and consistent running of the production.
Take a lead role in fault-finding, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LX systems and set electrics.Useful Links
