Deputy Technical Manager, Leicester Square Theatre

Key Responsibilities:
Operate shows, including sound, lighting, and AV setups.
Maintain all technical equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
Deputise for the Technical Manager, including staff supervision and decision-making in their absence.
Handle get-ins, get-outs, and daily venue maintenance.

Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience in theatre/technical production, with strong knowledge of sound, lighting, and AV systems.
Excellent communication skills (in person and via email) for liaising with performers, crews, and management.
Proven multitasking abilities, efficiency under pressure, and prioritisation skills.
Eye for detail and a versatile, hands-on approach.

Hours: 40 per week, including evenings and weekends.
