Create is seeking an experienced and motivated Development Manager (Grants) to play a key role in securing funding for our creative arts programmes across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK's leading charity empowering lives, reducing isolation and enhancing wellbeing through the creative arts. As part of our ambitious plans to double our reach by our 25th anniversary in 2028, you will be instrumental in helping us grow income and expand our impact. The Development Manager (Grants) will lead on writing compelling funding applications and building relationships with Trusts, Foundations and public funders. Working closely with the Director of Development and wider team, you will play a central role in securing over 50% of Create's income and supporting the continued growth of our programmes.
