Job Summary

We are a small, busy arts marketing agency working across live theatre and events, from West End musicals to cabaret and concerts. We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day digital ads and support show campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.

Job Description

As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will support marketing, sales and campaign activity across multiple live theatre and events projects.

You will be responsible for running digital advertising, supporting show campaigns, and working closely with the senior team to ensure all marketing activity is clear, consistent and effective across channels.

This role requires someone who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.

Job Requirements

Digital & Social Marketing

  • Manage organic and paid social media activity, including copywriting and scheduling

  • Support and manage paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, Performance Max and TikTok

  • Design, create and send newsletters and e-solus communications

  • Manage and update website content

  • Create visual assets using Photoshop, InDesign, Canva or similar tools

  • Support audience development and community engagement initiatives

Campaign Support

  • Assist with the delivery and implementation of show marketing campaigns

  • Advise on improvements to marketing content across social media, visuals and copy

  • Keep websites and digital channels up to date

  • Collate, resize and adapt marketing assets where required

  • Support ticket offers and promotional campaigns

  • Create and schedule social media content, including video where appropriate

  • Support grassroots marketing activity

Job Responsibilities

Essential

  • At least 2 years' experience in a marketing, digital or content-focused role (or relevant placements/internships)

  • Experience working in arts or cultural marketing

  • Strong interest in live theatre and performance

  • Confident copywriting skills across digital channels

  • Experience creating visual content and basic design

  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Canva or similar tools

  • Highly organised, self-motivated and proactive

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Clear communicator, confident working with multiple stakeholders

Desirable

  • Experience creating and editing video content

  • Experience with paid digital advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok)

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics

  • Basic understanding of pixels, tracking and performance data
