What You'll Do
- Shape and deliver our social media strategy
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content
- Boost community engagement and lead influencer collaborations
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (social, search, cross-platform)
- Keep our brand voice on point
- Manage concert listings and ticketing of external sites
- 2-3+ years' experience in digital marketing with proven success in:
- Paid media campaigns (paid search, cross-network, social advertising)
- Social media audience growth, content creation, scheduling, and community management
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Exceptional written English and creative copywriting flair
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar for creating engaging digital content, as well as Meta Business Suite, Metricool or other social scheduling tools
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or similar (Word, Excel), with a keenness to embrace new tech
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Excellent multitasking and deadline management skills
- A proactive, problem-solving self-starter
- Adaptable, with a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
