Job Summary

Do you love music, great storytelling, thoughtful digital marketing and creative communities?

Job Description

At Benslow Music, music fills the air every day. From music education courses and concerts to conversations over coffee, we are a place where people come to learn, reconnect and grow through. We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help us share that energy, warmth and expertise with wider audiences.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, spotting stories and turning ideas into action. You will manage our social media channels, shape email campaigns, support website content and help promote everything from weekend courses to major artistic projects. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, spending time on site and getting to know the people and moments that make Benslow Music special.

We are looking for someone who is organised, curious and confident, with a strong feel for tone and audience. You are likely to have good music knowledge (especially classical, early, folk or jazz) come from a music, arts, charity or education background, and be passionate about communicating meaningful experiences well. What matters most is that you love music, care about people, enjoy collaboration and are excited by the power of learning.

In return, we offer a welcoming workplace, a role with real variety and influence, and the chance to help shape how Benslow Music connects with the world as we look towards our centenary.

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

Job Requirements

The Digital Marketing Executive plays a central role in sharing the life, energy and impact of Benslow Music with the world. This role is responsible for planning, creating and delivering digital marketing activity that grows audiences, increases course bookings, strengthens relationships with members and supporters, and reflects the warmth, expertise and creativity found across the Benslow Music campus.

Working closely with colleagues across programmes, concerts, the Instrument Loan Scheme, fundraising and venue hire, the role brings stories to life through content, campaigns and data-led insight. It balances creativity with clarity, and day-to-day delivery with long-term thinking as Benslow Music looks towards its centenary in 2029 and beyond.
