Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will support all relevant staff with creation and distribution of marketing materials; ensure regular posts, reposts and replies across all Jazz North socials: create regular blog posts for the Jazz North website to promote programmes, activities and artists; create the Jazz North monthly newsletter; and maintain mailing lists and press contacts.
This position is part time, 1 day per week (0.2FTE)
- Experience in maintaining WordPress websites, SEO, email marketing, MailChimp and Squarespace
- Experience of all social media platforms and associated tools such as photoshop and InDesign
- Ability to learn from data and insights, developing processes for learning and improving the use of content across digital channels
- Demonstrable passion for and understanding of digital trends alongside a willingness to innovate and test new ideas
- Demonstrable awareness of changing trends, new innovations and the means to engage with new audiences
- Good personal communication skills and able to work as part of a remote team
- Understanding of the transformative potential of Jazz, Music and the Arts on communities
- Supporting all relevant staff with creation and distribution of marketing materials
