Person Specification - Minimum Requirements Experience Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including performance management and staff development. Experience working within a digital media or cultural heritage field. Demonstrated ability to manage operational workflows and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience collaborating across teams and with external partners or stakeholders. Experience in compiling reports and contributing to strategic planning or improvement initiatives. Knowledge Understanding of digital audiovisual workflows, including preservation, transcoding, quality control, and access. Familiarity with digital preservation standards, good practice, and emerging technologies.
