Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities

Project Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage the delivery of a new website and CRM platform from discovery to launch.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and risk logs.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams (marketing, exhibitions, programming, etc.) and external partners (designers, developers, CRM vendors).
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and regular check-ins with stakeholders.

Technical Oversight

  • Work closely with wider MK Gallery team to oversee the technical implementation and integration between new website and CRM systems.
  • Ensure SEO, analytics, accessibility and security best practices are embedded in the website build.
  • Coordinate data migration, API integration and system testing.
  • Quality Assurance & Launch.
  • Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing), track bugs and issues and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead training, documentation, and internal rollout activities.

Job Requirements

Person Specification:

Experience

  • Proven experience managing digital projects, especially websites and CRM systems.

Skills and abilities

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms (CMS, CRM, marketing automation, APIs).
  • Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., Spektrix, WordPress, Drupal, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Desirable Attributes:

  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certifications.

Personal

  • Flexible team member with the ability to collaborate and support other colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

General

  • Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Head of Marketing and Audience Development.
