What You'll Do Provide co-ordination and leadership for the Changing Places CPP programme Work alongside people in their neighbourhoods, ensuring that people become informed decision - makers to drive and shape the creative programme. Lead on artistic programming, commissioning artists and creatives to develop cultural experiences that reflect the interests, stories and voices of the local area. Ensure artistic integrity and excellence throughout the programme. Liaise closely with artists on all aspects of planning and delivery. Devise and implement a fundraising and resources strategy. Foster positive relationships and work co-operatively, including with the consortium, Community Voice Panel and with the wider CCAN crew. Recruit and manage the Changing Places crew of three to five people, supporting their growth and development. Ensure that a wide range of perspectives and voices shape the programme, including a Community Voice Panel as part of the governance. Manage budgets, planning and delivery. Ensure that the programme delivers against the aims of Creative People and Places, including fulfilling the responsibilities of the funding agreement. Reflect on the learning and adjust the programme in response. CPP is a national action research programme. This role will be responsible for sharing learnings as part of a national cohort of colleagues. Be an ambassador for creativity across the district and ensure opportunities benefit people living in North West Leicestershire A track record of commissioning, producing and delivering creative projects within a range of public spaces. Developing cultural initiatives which demonstrate quality and strong creative impact. Knowledge and experience of co-creation and empowering others through the process. Experienced in working closely with communities and building relationships. Strong line manager experience and able to lead a team and work with people volunteering their time and skills. Experience of fundraising through grants and commissions. Experienced in managing grants and the funder's requirements. Audience development experience, with a focus on inclusion and access, including approaches to breaking down barriers to engagement. An effective project manager who is able to be flexible and adjust plans and manage complex budgets and resources.
