The Learning Stage is currently recruiting freelance drama facilitators to join our fabulous team of workshop leaders. We are seeking exceptional workshop leaders to deliver our educational drama workshops in schools and nurseries across London.

Job Description

Job Description

We bring learning to life through fun-packed drama sessions-and we're currently on the lookout for highly energetic performers with strong workshop-leading experience to join our team.

You'll need to genuinely adore working with children and be versatile, hard-working, and super organised.

What we offer:

  • Excellent pay: £30-£50 per hour

  • Full training and ongoing support

  • Complete, ready-to-go session plans

  • A kind and collaborative team

Hours & Commitment:

This is a regular, part-time role with guaranteed weekly hours that fit around your availability. All sessions are pre-scheduled and recurring - meaning you'll have a consistent, reliable timetable each week. Whether you're looking for a couple of mornings or a fuller part-time schedule, we'll work with you to build something stable that fits.

This is joyful, rewarding work that fits beautifully around acting commitments.

We're holding online auditions next week. All applicants should have an Enhanced DBS check (on the update scheme) or be prepared to undergo and pay for a DBS check before they start work with us.

"The work is joyous and would perfectly fit with auditions. But more than that, I've been blown away by how supportive and nurturing the work environment has been so far, both from you and Charlotte, and the teachers of every school. I think you have done something so special, and it's a real privilege to be a part of."
- Georgia, one of our workshop leaders
