We are searching for a confident and charismatic Duty Manager to help lead the show at our vibrant cabaret & musical theatre bar. This is not your average hospitality role - our venue blends theatre, music, glamour, and exceptional service to create an unforgettable night for every guest. As Duty Manager, you'll be the person behind the scenes making sure everything runs seamlessly. From opening the doors to the final curtain call, you'll lead the team, coordinate service across the floor, kitchen, and bar, and keep the energy of the venue running at full tempo.
Key responsibilities include: - Opening and closing the venue in line with company procedures - Completing all venue opening and closing checks - Ensuring every shift runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently - Leading and supporting a team of servers, kitchen staff, and bar staff - Maintaining excellent communication between front of house, kitchen, and bar - Creating a positive, high-energy atmosphere for both guests and team members - Handling operational issues calmly and professionally during service What We're Looking For - Previous management or supervisory experience in a Food & Beverage role - Strong leadership skills and confidence running a busy service - A proactive and organised approach to hospitality operations - Excellent communication and team management abilities - Someone who thrives in lively, high-energy venues
