As an e-commerce website specialist you will manage our e-commerce platform, including configuration, customisation, and integration with third-party services. You will ensure seamless integration with order processing and fulfilment systems. Also remain up-to-date on products, discounts, and consumers' preferences, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organisation.

Position details:

- 6 months Supply of services agreement.

- 15 hours per week, preferably in a European time zone.

- Compensation: 20£ per hour

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as an e-commerce specialist with proficiency in managing online inventory and designing social media campaigns.

  • Familiarity with mock-up generator.

  • Proven experience of usage of Wix and Printful.

  • Additional knowledge of e-commerce websites / print-on-demand integrations preferable e.g. Shopify.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Analytical and multitasking skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.

  • High level of written English language proficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a relevant business subject is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Platform management: Setting up and maintaining products, sales, ad campaigns, and promotions on our e-commerce website.

  • Emphasising new products and or designs.

  • Managing online sales performance: Analysing sales data; tracking promotions; optimising strategies to improve online sales and revenue.

  • Marketing and promotion: Developing and implementing social media strategies, helping to create our marketing newsletter that effectively promotes our products and engages our audience.

  • Customer service: Ensuring prompt and accurate processing of returns, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Data analysis: Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; analysing and producing financial reports.
