Rugby Art Gallery and Museum is a combined arts and heritage centre in the heart of Rugby Town. Across our three floors, we curate exhibitions of art, local history, and archaeology which ignite the minds of visitors of all ages. Our diverse learning and engagement programme of onsite and offsite sessions inspires lifelong learners to CREATE, LEARN, EXPLORE, and ENJOY.

As Education Facilitator, you'll be at the heart of this mission, supporting and leading the delivery of early years, holiday, school, and adult education sessions. You will support our team in igniting learning and making art accessible to everyone; imagine leading exciting workshops, contributing your ideas to a vibrant learning programme, and connecting with our community members.

One of these delivery days will cover 'Mini Tuesdays', our weekly term-time offer for children aged 3-5. These sessions focus on child-centred creative practices with hands-on open-ended play; feeding imaginations and providing a supportive and enriching environment to develop and grow. Additional time will be varied and flexible, delivering sessions for different audiences as the programme needs including formal learning workshops with schools and community activity.
