Beyond Face is looking for an Engagement Coordinator to work across all strands of our work, particularly the Young People's programme and elements of Regional Voices.

Responsible to: Artistic Director & CEO Salary: £25,000 (0.6fte) Terms: Fixed term until March 2027 Hours: 24 Hours a week, including 1 hour lunch break during each day of work

Job Requirements

  • Support access, communication, and engagement for all participants and families.
  • Coordinate staffing, logistics, admin systems, and safeguarding practice.
  • Track data, support evaluation, and share participant stories.
  • Assist budgets, invoicing, ticketing, and audience development.
  • Support engagement research, touring activity, and future productions.

Job Responsibilities

Work alongside each member of the Beyond Face team to support the administration and delivery of the engagement of audience and participants across the programmes of work.
