The total budget available for this project is £3000. This is based on 9 days at £300, plus £300 for travel and other expenses.
An inception meeting with the project team and key stakeholders.
Development of an evaluation framework and theory of change.
Identification of key outcomes, indicators and success measures.
Design of appropriate data collection tools and methodologies.
Collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
Delivery of fieldwork at selected workshops and public events.
Production of case studies and participant stories.
Interim reflection sessions with the project team.
A draft evaluation report for feedback.
A final evaluation report including findings, insights, learning and recommendations.
A final evaluation and reflection meeting with project partners.
