Oyez Arts is a Charitable Community Benefit Society on a mission to transform Altrincham Town Hall into a vibrant, multi-purpose cultural hub at the heart of the town. We programme and host an exciting mix of arts and cultural events, community celebrations, private hires, workshops, film nights, weddings, wellbeing classes and more. Alongside our own programme, we work with local artists, facilitators, businesses and community groups to make the Town Hall a space where people can meet, create and thrive. We are a small, passionate team working together to make our vision for the Town Hall a reality and are now looking for a proactive, organised and personable Events Coordinator to help us deliver brilliant experiences and support the continued growth of Oyez. The Events Coordinator plays a central role in the day-to-day running of our venue and events programme. From first enquiry to day-of coordination, you will help ensure every event runs smoothly and every client feels supported. This is a hands-on role combining administration, customer service and live event delivery. The Events Coordinator will work across multiple projects, liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and will be required to manage competing priorities simultaneously.
