The Executive Coordinator plays a pivotal role at the heart of the Haringey Culture Collective, supporting the Chief Executive Officer and Creative Director as we prepare to deliver London Borough of Culture Haringey 2027. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new organisation and contribute to a bold, community-led year of cultural programming that celebrates Haringey as London's Rebel Borough. Working within a fast-paced, high-profile environment, you will provide high-level executive support while also helping to build the systems, structures and workflows that enable a small, ambitious team to thrive. You will act as a trusted point of coordination across leadership, projects and operations, ensuring clear communication, smooth logistics and effective use of time and resources. This role combines administrative excellence with proactive problem-solving. You will support leadership with diary management, correspondence and Board communications, while also coordinating projects, maintaining digital systems and assisting with organisational set-up. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including artists, community partners, funders, local authority, suppliers and local organisations. The Executive Coordinator will be highly organised, adaptable and confident working across multiple priorities. Essential Experience providing high-level administrative or executive support Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment (3+ years) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences Confidence working with senior leaders and a wide range of stakeholders Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Meet) Confidence using digital tools including Office 365, scheduling and project management systems Ability to work proactively, discreetly and collaboratively Desirable Experience working in arts, culture, charity or public sector settings Experience supporting start-up organisations or new teams Knowledge of event logistics or production coordination Familiarity with Xero or similar finance and bookkeeping software Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the Chief Executive Officer and Creative Director Manage complex diaries, meetings, briefings, correspondence and preparation for internal and external engagements Coordinate Board meetings, agendas, papers and minute-taking, tracking actions and follow-up Support planning, coordination and tracking of organisational workstreams and projects Maintain project management systems, CRM, digital filing systems and archives Liaise with partners, suppliers and cultural organisations as required Support recruitment coordination, onboarding and team set-up processes Assist with the set-up and maintenance of office space, IT systems and internal communications tools Support event logistics, hospitality, workshops and public-facing activities Assist with basic finance administration, including bookkeeping processes and use of Xero or similar systems To apply, please send: Our Commitment to Inclusion:Job Summary
