EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, Selladoor Worldwide

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join us at an exciting moment in our company, as we build on Selladoor's legacy.

The Executive Director is responsible for the day to day business, financial and operational management of Selladoor Worldwide. You will also be working collaboratively with the Chief Executive, Senior Producer and team to drive forward new and existing creative and entrepreneurial projects including our existing IP, legacy projects, general management, new productions, partnerships and our creative spaces in Deptford.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about theatre and live entertainment, with significant experience of financial and internal business management. You will be happy managing a varied workload, that requires flexibility and excellent leadership, stakeholder and team management skills.

You will be working closely with CEO and Founder, David Hutchinson, whose business portfolio includes The Path Entertainment Group. The nature of this relationship requires you to be a proactive business leader and a level of autonomy as a decision maker, while also working collectively towards the sustainability and growth of the organisation with him. This includes developing a robust business plan to drive forward the long term vision of the company.

This is a permanent role, offered at 4 or 5 days a week by mutual agreement, paid at £55,000 - £60,000pa pro rata, dependent on experience.
