Our theatre - The Mowlem - is situated in the heart of the community in Dorset, at the end of Swanage Bay with views over the beach and out to Peveril Point. Ours is a unique cultural centre with huge potential to be realised. Over the past four years the Mowlem has been transformed and significantly opened up to the public and community of Swanage. The variety of programming and the welcoming ambience of the Venue have enriched the audience experience. Currently managed by a combination of Trustees and employed staff, the Board have decided to create this new role of Executive Director to take the Mowlem on the next exciting stage of its journey. Location: Based at the Mowlem, Swanage with some travel required.
Some flexibility for hybrid working
Salary: £45,000
