We’re seeking an experienced Experience Manager to lead a dynamic, immersive dining experience this Christmas in London. The EM will oversee the entire operation with overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the event. Fixed term 5 week contract.

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Experience Manager to lead a dynamic, immersive dining experience this Christmas in London. The EM will oversee the entire operation and overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the event including but not limited too: show running, inter-department communication, audience satisfaction, security, management of all operational challenges, emergency evacuations and show reporting. Working closely with the Producing Team and Executive Producers throughout.

Fixed Term 5 week contract. £300 per day.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in event or operations management, with experience in immersive experiences and preferably immersive dining experience
  • Proven track record of managing multiple teams, including actors, technical staff, and front-of-house personnel.
  • Proven track record of customer management and representing brands and client to paying customers and/or corporate clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, able to handle diverse teams and complex situations.
  • Excellent customer facing skills and experience of handling customers in immersive environment.
  • Quick thinking and calm under pressure, especially during technical difficulties or emergencies.
  • Strong decision-making skills in high-stress environments.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional, unforgettable audience experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management:
    • Overall point of contact for each of the key departments, including front-of-house, bar, kitchen, technical teams, security, cleaning, merchandise, retail and performance company
    • Support all Heads of Departments to ensure high performance and seamless coordination.
    • Be point on daily operational challenges fostering a positive, high-energy work environment.
  • Event Operations:
    • Ensure flawless execution of the experience as designed by the creative team, from logistics to audience service.
    • Oversee any daily technical challenges or emergencies, including show stops, evacuations, and restarts, ensuring clear communication with actors and technical teams.
    • Prioritise company, staff and audience safety at all times.
  • Audience Experience:
    • Ensure every audience has a memorable experience, addressing feedback and concerns efficiently, positively and kindly,
    • Collaborate with the creative team to align the experience with the event's tone of
