Production: Jack and the Beanstalk Wiltshire Creative is seeking a skilled and professional Dresser with costume maintenance experience to support our upcoming pantomime Jack & the Beanstalk. The production rehearses and performs at Salisbury Playhouse, throughout the Festive period. Contract Schedule: The successful candidate will have: This is a great opportunity to work with a committed and collaborative team on a well-regarded family pantomime. Attend technical and dress rehearsals; maintain dressing plots, preset lists, and quick-change areas. Prepare, label, and organise costumes. Dress performers discreetly, assist with quick changes, and preset/reset costumes and accessories. Support wigs/hair as directed. Carry out daily costume maintenance and laundry; report major issues. Keep accurate documentation, continuity photos, and update paperwork with changes. Assist with costume receipt, labelling, and strike/get-out tasks. Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and equality policies. Maintain professionalism under pressure and communicate effectively with all departments. Support understudy changes and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Perform other duties as required to ensure smooth rehearsals and shows.
