The Finance Manager plays a vital role within the team. You will ensure efficient financial management of the busy production and general management office.

Job Description

The Finance Manager will be a proactive, organised individual who will need to confidently handle the multi-faceted functions of the business, and execute in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner. This is an extremely exciting role to join the company in a period of growth and new development and be part of our future achievements.

For clarity, your role will provide the business financial function for Selladoor Worldwide but will not manage production accounts. You may be asked to advise the General Management and Production Teams with production accounts.

Job Requirements

Essential

  • Previous financial management experience
  • Experience of using accounting software (such as Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, etc)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with commitment to best practice
  • Experience of forecasting, budgeting and financial planning
  • A working knowledge of payroll and taxation issues (particularly Income Tax, National Insurance, VAT)
  • The ability to communicate effectively and work closely with both financially literate and non-finance colleagues
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative thinking and problem-solving ability.
