We are currently recruiting for a number of flexible teaching opportunities for performing arts graduates, which work particularly well alongside acting and performance careers. Perform is currently recruiting drama teachers across London, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Bristol, Buckinghamshire, Cambridge, Dorset, East Sussex, Essex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Nottingham, Oxford, Somerset, Surrey, West Sussex and Wiltshire. Your working hours are down to you! We have a variety of work available, including weekly workshops after school and on weekends, and school workshops during the school day. Pay per hour is £29-£35. You will be offered suitable work based on your availability; this could be as little as 2 hours a week, or 20+. Contracts for these set hours are signed on a termly basis (Sept-Dec, Dec-April and April-July) as the work available follows school term times. Cover can be arranged for auditions/ performing work, and you can also pick up extra cover work if desired. We are looking for enthusiastic graduate performers who: *Can act, sing and dance to a high standard Perform teachers are working/auditioning actors, singers and dancers with a professional qualification (drama school/university degree) in the performing arts. They must be all-rounders and able to act, sing and dance brilliantly. Not only does a Perform teacher have to be multi-talented, they must also have a passion for teaching children ages 4-12 and helping them develop the 4 Cs - confidence, concentration, communication and coordination. Full training is provided and rates of pay are £29-£35 per hour. We hold regular auditions on Zoom.
