Mentor and supervise teams during busy service periods, including pre-show, interval and post-show.
Deliver welcoming, professional and high-quality visitor experiences at all times.
Run daily team briefings to communicate key operational updates and expectations.
Mentor, support, and develop Food & Beverage Assistants and casual team members.
Respond to operational challenges efficiently, escalating issues where required.
Oversee stock control, deliveries, and merchandising standards.
Ensure accurate cash handling and effective use of EPOS systems.
Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, licensing, and Health & Safety requirements.Job Requirements
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
A passion for delivering outstanding visitor experiences.
Confidence working in fast-paced environments and prioritising tasks.
Good understanding of food, beverage and alcohol service.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
