We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to lead Park Pizza, the bar and kitchen at Park Theatre in Finsbury Park. This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established hospitality operation within a busy producing theatre, while helping to develop Park Pizza as a destination in its own right. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will oversee all aspects of Park Pizza's day-to-day operation, including managing the bar and kitchen teams, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and taking responsibility for budgets, stock, staffing and financial performance. This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front, is confident working across both bar and kitchen operations, and can support the team during busy services. Alongside running the existing operation, you will have the opportunity to develop our food and drink offer, identify new commercial opportunities and expand our events and catering business, including private hires, corporate events and post-show hospitality. You will work closely with colleagues across Park Theatre to plan for performances, events and other activities, ensuring Park Pizza plays an important part in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for audiences and visitors. We are looking for someone who combines strong operational experience with commercial awareness, excellent people management skills and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week across five days, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include managing staff, rotas, recruitment and training; overseeing budgets, sales, stock, suppliers, labour costs and profitability; and ensuring compliance with food safety, health and safety, and licensing requirements. You will lead from the front during busy services, providing practical support across the bar and kitchen when needed. The role also involves developing menus, improving operational procedures, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expanding our catering and events offer.
