w/c 7th July: 2.5 - 3 days

w/c 14th July: 2.5 - 3 days

Fee

  • All days will be paid at a base rate of £122.00 per day, based on an 8 hour working day.
  • If you are required to cover for a Lead Facilitator your fee will increase to £152.00 per day.

Each summer The Hive delivers seven weeks of dynamic and enjoyable outdoor sessions to children and young people aged 3 - 13 years in a safe and positive environment. The Hive are seeking an admin and facilitation assistant to join us for our summer season to help support in the delivery of our camps.

Due to the nature of our camps there is sometimes the need to cover for facilitators who are unwell, or otherwise unable to join camp as scheduled. In these scenarios, the Summer Assistant will attend camp in their place, with support from the rest of the camp team.

On days where cover is not required, the Summer Assistant will support any administrative tasks the Head of Camps requires. This may include answering enquiries from parents and carers, preparing registers, supporting with collecting staff pre-employment checks and assisting the Logistics Coordinator with preparing the equipment needed for camps.

Please see our job description for more information.
