The Front of House professional plays a central part in creating a welcoming, organised and secure environment for all visitors. The role ensures the studio operates smoothly during evening and weekend hires, supporting clients from arrival through to close. Rate: £13.00 per hour, 2-3 hours per evening. Opening and Closing: Carry out full opening and closing procedures, including unlocking and securing the building, checking all spaces, monitoring safety requirements and ensuring the studio is ready for use. Visitor Welcome and Care: Greet guests on arrival with a calm and professional manner. Provide clear information about the space, direct visitors as needed and uphold a supportive tone throughout their visit. Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for hiring clients. Offer practical assistance, address basic operational questions and escalate issues where appropriate. Studio Oversight: Oversee the condition of all front-facing and communal areas. Keep the space tidy, report maintenance concerns and support the smooth turnover between bookings. Communication: Maintain accurate handover notes for the management team, recording updates, incidents or client feedback that requires follow-up.
