Job Description

Freelance role | 2 days per week (Flexible)
£200 per day | 6 months (Pilgrim Trust funded)

Job Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role.
Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills with a passion for content creation.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for engaging diverse
audiences.
Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing or fundraising
campaigns.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will play a pivotal role in raising Odd Arts' profile,
engaging diverse audiences, and driving impactful fundraising campaigns. This creative and
strategic role involves managing all social media platforms, developing compelling content,
engaging corporate sponsors, and amplifying the organisation's stories to grow external
engagement and excitement around the brand.
