Our next project, a touring musical theatre production across Italy, promises to be a standout experience-one that combines creativity, culture, and performance excellence. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to ensure the smooth operation of the tour from start to finish.

Role Overview
As the Freelance Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pre-production, ensuring that all logistics, schedules, and resources are meticulously coordinated. You will work closely with our creative team partner production company to deliver a seamless and successful tour. Your role will be key in enabling our team to focus on delivering an outstanding performance, knowing the logistical side is in capable hands.

Salary
Set Fee of £4,478 based on 48 days (6 hour days) over 14 months.

Flexible working arrangements, working from home and Creative Blast HQ.

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in production coordination or project management, preferably in theatre or live events.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (Italian language skills are a plus but not required).
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to the demands of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
