We're currently looking to recruit a Residency Assistant to support the delivery of our exciting summer 2025 residencies and concert tours. This freelance role is ideal for organised, proactive individuals who enjoy working with young people and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key responsibilities include:

You'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact musical experiences for teenage musicians across the UK.

The initial contract will be full-time from 19 May until 10 August 2025. This will involve both office-based and on-site periods.

The role is offered on a freelance, self-employed basis, with daily rates agreed according to experience. As a guide, the typical fee is £140 per day, with all expenses covered.
