Each year, we create extraordinary opportunities for young people to connect, grow, and inspire others through music. We're currently looking to expand our pool of Stage Assistants to support the delivery of our exciting summer 2025 residencies and concert tours. This freelance role is ideal for organised, hands-on individuals with a passion for live music and a desire to support young people. Key responsibilities include: Supporting load-in/load-out of instruments and equipment Setting up and striking rehearsal and performance spaces Preparing and maintaining staging items (chairs, stands, podiums, lighting) Assisting with large instrument logistics (double basses, harps, percussion) Contributing to safe and efficient stage operations You'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team helping to create seamless behind-the-scenes support for impactful youth-led performances across the UK.
