We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join the team for the next exciting stage in the Gallery's development: Acting as Duty Manager, duties will include coordinating the planning and delivery of Front of House services in an efficient and effective manner, prioritising both visitor experience and customer care through enhancement and support of the artistic programmes. You will facilitate the efficient delivery of services to include Gallery Assistant organisational and staff development, the visitor experience and reporting of performance management information. As well as this, you will manage conferencing bookings and support income generation opportunities including the retail area, online ticketing system, and gallery merchandise.
