We’re looking for a warm, confident and motivated Front of House Manager to lead exceptional audience experiences across Salisbury Playhouse, Salisbury Arts Centre and Salisbury International Arts Festival.
This is a varied, people-focused role at the heart of our organisation. You will be leading and inspiring our front of house teams and volunteers, championing outstanding customer service and helping drive income through excellent guest experiences and sales opportunities. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in shaping how thousands of people experience our work each year as part of a friendly, passionate and ambitious team.
We are looking for someone who is: Committed to excellent customer service and have a positive and proactive approach to their work. Able to engage, motivate and support the development of the Volunteers and Head Ushers. Able to lead the team to deliver targets; and proactively contribute to the venues' profitability. Hands on, with the ability to run shifts, including opening and closing and processing accurate payments, demonstrating exemplary cash handling skills.
