Immersive Everywhere are opening The Traitors: Live Experience in the heart of Covent Garden, London. This is a recently renovated space spread over 4 floors and is already proving to be extremely popular with the public before we open the doors.

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Assistant to join our brand new team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patrons and assisting them throughout the experience, this includes (but not limited to) ticketing, onboarding patrons, cloakroom management, escorting patrons through the venue on numerous occasions throughout the experience, and maintaining a clean and inviting space for everyone.

The Front of House Staff will also be responsible for credit card transactions, merchandise sales, interacting with patrons, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a vital role within the structure of London's newest immersive experience, based on the popular TV show, and will be a very exciting opportunity to be a part of.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Salary: £14.50 per hour.

Contract: We are hiring a mix of minimum hour contracts, depending on numbers and schedules. full, part time, or minimum show contracts available.

Key Responsibilities

The role will be a mix of the responsibilities below on a rotating schedule, that will mean everyone will be doing some of everything but not on every shift.

Ticketing:

  • Check/scan tickets on entry into the venue
  • Be familiar with electronic ticketing systems and POS devices (training will be provided)
  • Be the first engagement with patrons entering the venue

Cloakroom:

  • Be familiar with running a cloakroom tag system
  • Ensure patrons personal items are stored appropriately and secure

Job Responsibilities

Merchandise:

  • Be familiar with POS systems and taking card payments
  • Replenish stock as and when needed
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting merchandise area

Room Reset:

  • The games rooms will require resetting between games in each room
  • Mild cleaning (removing glasses, wiping tables) will be needed during the reset

Audience Interaction:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. You will likely be their first and last connection to the experience so an engaging and confident demeanor is very important
  • Take ownership of onboarding allocated groups of patrons to the rules of the venue and escort them to the correct rooms with tight timeframes. This would require speaking directly to groups and making the start of their experience an entertaining one. You set the tone for the show
  • During the game, banished and murdered patrons will need to be escorted through the building so a good level of fitness is needed, to manage the numerous trips up and down stairs.
