Job Summary

Seventy7 is seeking an organised and practical Studio Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working closely with the Studio Manager, this role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our studio and assisting in various photographic and creative projects.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of studio equipment and sets.
  • Support photographers and creatives during shoots, ensuring all equipment and props are prepared and in place.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and organisation, managing inventory and supplies.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as booking studio time, coordinating schedules, and managing client communications.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed.
  • Facilitate smooth studio operations by liaising with other departments as needed.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for the creative industry and a willingness to learn.

Career Development:

  • You will receive training on the senior processes of the role. As this position supports the Studio Manager, part of your training will cover some of their daily tasks, which you may be required to take on during annual leave or sick cover.
  • Potential for progression into various creative roles within the company

£28,000 per annum, along with the following benefits of being employed with Seventy7:
