Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Fundraising Development Manager to lead and grow our fundraising portfolio, securing vital income through trusts and foundations, individual giving, membership and patron schemes, corporate partnerships, campaigns and donations.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 39 hours per week

Salary: £60,000 per annum

The successful candidate will bring strong fundraising expertise, excellent relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to income generation. Job Responsibilities

Working as part of a dedicated fundraising team alongside the Director of Fundraising, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our fundraising strategy, building strong relationships with supporters and funders, and developing compelling cases for support.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines hands-on fundraising with strategic planning and relationship management. You will develop and manage fundraising pipelines, create compelling cases for support, identify and secure new funding opportunities, and steward relationships with funders, donors and partners. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will help translate organisational priorities into deliverable fundraising plans, ensuring activity is well-planned, insight-led and operationally robust.
