Job Summary

Chuchu Nwagu Productions is expanding its team and is seeking an experienced General Manager to come on board to lead the day-to-day management of several productions in the pipeline and in development.

Job Description

Role: General Manager

Contract: Permanent following initial three-month probation period.

Notice period: Three months on either side.

Working hours: 11am to 6pm - Monday to Friday, but additional and out-of-hours work will be expected depending on specific production schedules and requirements. Flexible location and/or an element of remote working is negotiable taking into account the requirements of the position.

Pension: In accordance with statutory provisions.

Annual Holidays: 25 days per year plus statutory holidays.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will be someone with at least 2 years of experience working as a General Manager in a theatrical production office or producing theatre.

They will have exceptional organisational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, and be highly numerate, with excellent knowledge and understanding of the sector.

Job Responsibilities

The General Manager will have responsibility for leading on the company's productions, planning, delivery, and operation of CNP's slate of projects.
