Reports to:

SVP, UK Operations

This role ensures the smooth running of live events across both London & Touring productions. As a Supervisor of live event productions, you will be responsible for the managing of staff on shift, liaising with the inventory team on needs for both London & Touring operations, along with managing load ins & pack downs of productions in London & across the country. This role will provide operational support to any London & Uk touring operations as needed. This role encompasses the day-to-day organisation of all aspects of Araca's live event activities in the UK, while consistently maintaining high standards of professionalism & reflecting our values.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • On site shift management of staff/ selling for running of shifts on any show we may be vending with Araca staff.
  • General administrative tasks to include queries, customer service issues.
  • Facilitate load ins/outs for both LONDON & UK TOURING shows as well as actively sell products.
  • Invoicing/ Sales entry where a Point of sale is not installed with daily/ weekly sales reporting.
  • Implementing company processes/ standards.
  • Maintain a Professional & courteous attitude, always projecting Araca in a positive light.
  • Liaise with venues regarding logistics for deliveries & collections of stock.
  • Competent use of NetSuite & Square (training provided)
  • Implement/ assist with quarterly inventories for both London based & touring shows,
  • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude, always projecting a positive image of the company.

This role will require weekend,evening & Bank Holiday working hours, as well as some travel. For any travel,this is covered by the company.
