WildKat is looking for a full-time Global Head of Digital Marketing in London to lead innovative, multi-platform campaigns in the classical music and cultural sectors. The role requires strategic vision, creative leadership, and collaboration with the international team to boost client visibility.
As our Global Head of Digital, you are the architect of our digital ecosystem. You will lead an international team of experts, consult with high-profile clients, and ensure our agency stays at the forefront of digital trends. You'll need to be a bit of an all-rounder: someone who is comfortable creating a strategy or leading a pitch one day and helping a colleague or fixing a workflow the next. We value people who are as focused on the success of our clients as they are on the well-being of our team. This job is a full-time permanent position. We offer a salary of £60,000-£85,000 per year, depending on experience, with a start date as soon as possible. The role is based in Central London with a flexible hybrid model, spending 2-3 days in the office and the rest working from home.
You have over five years' experience in digital roles within agencies or large organisations, including at least two years in senior leadership. Experience in classical music is essential, with knowledge of contemporary music considered a plus. You understand how PR and digital work together, turning complex artist or brand stories into compelling campaigns, and have successfully managed remote or international teams. You are confident using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, WordPress, Squarespace, email marketing platforms, and have additional experience with Premiere Pro or Google Tag Manager. You can clearly present technical concepts to clients and are happy to attend concerts and events. Fluency in English is required, with German or French a plus.
You will lead, mentor, and grow our global digital team of 5-6 people across the UK, US, Germany, and France, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous learning. As a senior strategic partner for key clients, you will advise on integrating Organic Social, Paid Media, and Web into broader communication goals while playing a pivotal role in agency growth by leading the digital aspects of new business pitches and developing compelling, data-driven proposals. You proactively expand our service offering, exploring new platforms, AI integration, and advanced analytics, and oversee the full digital spectrum, including high-end storytelling and community management for organic social, strategic ad campaigns across Meta and Google, and web and content oversight, including website creation, maintenance, and newsletters.
