Grants & Learning Officer, Youth Music

Youth Music is a national charity helping marginalised young people to make and monetise music. We raise £10 million per year to fund inspiration grassroots music projects and aspiring young creatives across the UK.

We are recruiting a Grants & Learning Officer to support with the delivery of our grant programmes, manage an assigned portfolio of grants, and help with all aspects of the funding cycle. This role will also include playing an integral role on a project to help build and migrate to a new grants database.

You'll be a skilled administrator and passionate about Youth Music's work. You'll enjoy developing processes and working with data and detail, and have good IT skills and knowledge of how databases operate. You'll be confident building and maintaining relationships with the organisations and people we fund, and a collaborative team player.
