Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and basic video editing tools.
Familiarity with website CMS platforms, namely Artlogic.
Strong visual sensibility and understanding of contemporary art and design.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Photography/videography skills are a plus.

Design print and digital materials: exhibition invites, dossiers, press releases, brochures, catalogs, sales decks, signage, vinyls and ads.
Create branded visual assets for events, email campaigns, and digital promotions.
Maintain and evolve the gallery's visual identity across all channels.
Prepare artwork for print and liaise with vendors as needed.
Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (if applicable), newsletters, and website.
Manage content calendar and coordinate with curators, artists, and staff to gather assets and stories.
Write engaging captions, short articles, and promotional copy.
Update and maintain the gallery website (e.g., exhibition pages, artist bios, press coverage).
Track analytics and optimise content performance based on insights.
Liaising and working with the photographer for each exhibition on artwork photography, installation shots and close ups.How to Apply
