This role will support two groups of young people (ages 8-12 and 13-18) to develop theatre skills and create, rehearse and perform a high-quality theatre production for a public audience in a professional venue. The Guest Director will be an enthusiastic, creative theatre-maker with a strong, practical understanding of inclusivity and the collaborative ethos that underpins co-creation. They will understand contemporary theatre-making practices and have practical experience of a range of theatrical approaches and techniques.
