The fastest growing brand in the edutainment industry has thrown open the doors to it's flagship venue in Knightsbridge we are building a team of outgoing, energetic, fun-loving people whose main objective is to bring joy and entertainment to our guests. Job Purpose Reporting to the Guest Experience Managers (GXMs), our team of Guest Experience Guides (GXAs) will elevate every guest's experience by helping them to interact with over 50 Paradox exhibits, take unbelievable photos and learn about the paradoxical world. From welcoming guests at the door, selling and validating tickets at our reception, selling our fantastic array of products in our gift shop and interacting and informing our guests within the exhibition space, our team will be there to ensure every guest has the best time possible. We are looking for candidates who can display the following experience and attributes: Experience working with POS systems and cash handling is desirable but not essential as all training will be given in the role. At least 1 years' experience in a customer facing position. Monday- Sunday availability is essential for the role with 30-40 hours offered per week.
