We're looking for someone with some sales and customer service experience - but don't worry if you don't have that. We're more interested in someone that is passionate about providing excellent customer service and can build strong rapport with both guests and colleagues.

You should be calm and efficient when things get busy, and a team player who's comfortable working with others. It's also important to have a can-do attitude and be able to adapt to the fast-paced nature of live theatre.
